In short
We use no analytics, advertising cookies, social media pixels or embedded third-party videos. That is why we do not ask for consent when you arrive. Everything we store is needed to make the website or a feature you requested work.
What is stored?
- privacy-choice-freshcitrus (localStorage, first party) — remembers your cookie choice if you make one. At most 180 days.
- fc-chat (sessionStorage, first party) — the current conversation with the chat assistant, so it does not disappear when you move to another page. Cleared as soon as you close the tab.
- My FreshCitrus login cookies (cookies from our authentication provider Neon, only after login) — keep you securely signed in. They are protected (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict) and expire when you sign out or the session ends.
Changing your choice
The Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page shows your settings. If we ever add optional services such as statistics, they will be off by default, we will ask your consent first, and list their name, purpose, provider and retention period here. Scrolling or clicking through never counts as consent.
