We assess the building material, soiling and access before proposing a cleaning method. A test area may be needed for a sensitive surface.

Before the work starts
Protection of the surrounding area, wastewater handling and any work at height are agreed beforehand. Pressure washing is not suitable for every surface.
The proposal records the tasks, frequency, price and timing. Changes to the agreed work are discussed separately.
