Cleaning services
Cleaning with a named contact.
FreshCitrus Cleaning Services is owned by Nitien Hemai. We agree the work directly with the client and plan it around the building.
Start with how the space is used.
People work, study and live in the buildings we clean. We discuss how each space is used, which surfaces need care and when the work can take place.
Staffing and equipment are arranged for the agreed job. Additional requirements are discussed before work starts.
Cleaning and technical work
Nitien also owns Expert Exact, a construction and installation business. Where cleaning and maintenance overlap, the work can be coordinated. The contractor, responsibilities and costs are agreed for each order.
