We clean entrances, stairwells and communal spaces in residential buildings. The owners’ association (VvE), property manager or client agrees the scope with us.
- Entrances, lobbies and stairs.
- Handrails and doors, plus frequently touched surfaces.
- Lift interiors and communal areas.
- Periodic glass and floor cleaning by agreement.
Before the work starts
We agree a schedule for each building. If we notice a maintenance issue, we report it; repairs require a separate agreement.
The proposal records the tasks, frequency, price and timing. Changes to the agreed work are discussed separately.
